After the pre impregnated materials are cut, they will be delivered to the "sorting rack" of the "sorting system". The prepreg here has a unique management method, with each material style assigned a barcode. When the staff receives the prepreg, they only need to scan this barcode, and the system can immediately determine the specific storage location of the material in the "sorting rack". This process is implemented based on a pre-set warehouse management program on the computer.

It is worth mentioning that each bin on the sorting rack is equipped with a digital display function, which intuitively displays the specific quantity of prepreg required during the batching process when the batching operation is about to begin.

The above material distribution management methods have laid a solid foundation for subsequent ingredient operations.

(2) Ingredient system

The staff will deliver the products from the "sorting rack" to the "ingredient rack". Each set of "ingredient shelves" is equipped with 20 ingredient warehouses, all of which have electronic weighing function, which is the key to achieving precise ingredient preparation.

After each ingredient is completed, the staff only need to check on the electronic display screen to quickly determine whether the ingredients are accurate. If the ingredients are correct, the specific ingredient bin on the screen will display a green light. If the ingredient bin is too heavy or too light, a red light will be displayed. Therefore, the staff can immediately identify the problem and make adjustments. This intuitive presentation ensures 100% accuracy of ingredients, greatly improving the stability of product quality.

The precise feeding and precise batching function of the automatic batching system ensures a high degree of consistency in the use of pre impregnated materials for each batch of products, thereby ensuring the stability and overall quality of the product's performance indicators and enhancing its competitiveness in the high-end market. In addition, the automatic batching system can complete the sorting and batching operations in a relatively short period of time, improving the efficiency of the production process.
