The development documents require printing, grading, signing, stamping, and finally being sent to the receiving unit before recycling old versions, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Meanwhile, once there is negligence in file version control, there may occasionally be version confusion.
In addition, the storage of paper archives also brings some other problems, such as occupying space, making it difficult to save and maintain. Moreover, the approval of paper archives has reduced work efficiency due to regional restrictions.

Digital upgrade effectiveness: greatly improving work efficiency and responsiveness

After the upgrade of digital construction in A&E, all issues related to the control of development documents and data have been easily resolved.
Firstly, the company converted paper development documents into electronic files, achieving the conversion between paper and electronic files. This transformation significantly reduces the use of paper and further reduces the consumption of printing consumables.
Secondly, A&E has established a document management center specifically for this purpose, responsible for comprehensive management of document archives. The Document Management Center standardizes document coding to enable the company to better control the distribution version of documents and ensure that relevant personnel obtain the latest document information. The benefits of this centralized management are obvious, not only saving time, but also reducing work errors caused by chaotic file versions.
In addition, A&E has introduced an electronic signature system to improve the efficiency of document approval and approval processes. Through this system, document review can be carried out on a digital system, eliminating the need for paper documents to be stamped and circulated one by one, greatly reducing the processing time of documents.
