Based on the consensus on the trend and importance of AI technology, A$E is currently actively exploring the popularization and application of AI in enterprise management and practice. On March 28, 2024, A&E held a practical training on enterprise AI application. Although the training was focused on the basic theoretical part, it still attracted more than 50 middle and senior managers and employees from three subsidiaries of A&E to actively participate.

At the opening ceremony of the training, Mr. Lin Jinyi, General Manager of A&E, first delivered a speech. Mr. Lin emphasized that AI technology will bring unprecedented changes to people's learning, life, and work in the present and near future. Mr. Lin hopes that through this practical training, the company's employees can better understand and popularize AI technology, and create favorable conditions for further transformation, upgrading, and application of the company's AI digitization in the future.

This training was led by Du Xiaoying, the IT department manager of A&E. She introduced her colleagues to the leading and more user-friendly AI tools at home and abroad, and provided a detailed introduction to the functions of AI in programming, data induction and analysis, graphic and text generation, and text output. Through the on-site demonstration by Director Du, colleagues gained a clear understanding of the different characteristics and basic operations of different AI tools. They expressed that in their future work, they will continue to try to combine AI tools with their work, hoping to further improve work efficiency while better ensuring work accuracy.

In the final interactive session of the basic theory training, colleagues on site attempted to improvise and ask questions to AI. Although the questions were diverse, watching AI tools quickly answer and solve different problems, everyone fully felt the power of cutting-edge technology, deepened their understanding and cognition of AI technology, and also had more expectations for the next course of this training, "AI Model Application Skills".

A&E's enterprise AI application practical training aims to promote the importance of technology to all employees in the company, and promote the application of AI technology in areas such as market trend prediction, experimental data analysis, quality control analysis, and business data analysis.
