On April 11th, the second training session arrived as scheduled. As a further extension and deepening of the training content of the first lesson, the second lesson of the training focuses on the skills of using "AI embedded Office tools". Many middle and senior managers and employees from three branches in A&E once again gathered together, eager to explore the unlimited possibilities of AI technology in practice.

The second lesson of this training will continue to be taught by Du Xiaoying, the supervisor of A&E Computer Room, who will provide a detailed introduction to the specific usage methods and skills of AI Embedded Office Tools. As the most widely used office software worldwide, Office, when combined with AI technology, is bound to greatly improve the work efficiency and accuracy of every worker.
In the training class, Du Xiaoying comprehensively introduced the operation of AI tools embedded in Office software, from "using intelligent writing assistants in Word" to "using intelligent data analysis in Excel", and then to "intelligent design in PowerPoint", allowing colleagues present to experience the perfect integration of AI tools and office software from their own work positions, thereby achieving a significant improvement in work efficiency.

In order to provide colleagues who participated in the training with a deep experience of the assistance of AI embedded in office software for specific work, Mr. Lin Jinyi, General Manager of A&E, personally demonstrated how to use AI for "comparative analysis of various toughened resin properties". This is not just a simple on-site experience, but also a process of stimulating innovative thinking and cultivating practical abilities, making everyone more convinced that only by mastering technology can excellence be achieved. Colleagues who participated in the training expressed that if the first session serves as an introduction to basic AI knowledge, then this second session can enable everyone to find organic nodes that combine AI with their own work, thereby achieving work empowerment and result optimization.

In the exchange and interaction section of the course, Mr. Lin also proposed using AI tools to simulate the design of a carbon fiber bicycle on site. By giving instructions to AI and AI's intelligent understanding, it quickly completed the design and creation of a product prototype. When seeing the specific design results presented through AI, all colleagues present were amazed by the power of technology.

Through this two class A&E AI application practical training, the company has conveyed the importance of technology to managers and employees. Next, we will continue to provide training on AI technology and tool applications to employees from different departments and positions.
