1. The flame retardant rating of the epoxy resin reaches UL94-V0 level. (Note: UL94-V0 flame retardant rating is the highest level in the fire rating standard, which means that after two 10 second combustion tests on the sample, the flame will extinguish within 10 seconds. V0 level requires that the sample will not have a flame burning for more than 10 seconds after the test flame is taken away.)
2. The glass fiber composite material DIN5510 has a combustion level of S3, a smoke density level of SR2, and a droplet level of ST2 (note: DIN5510 is a German fire retardant testing standard and one of the main railway vehicle fire protection standards currently used in China)
3. A&E flame retardant epoxy resin has good wettability with glass fiber and carbon fiber, which enables the material to maintain flame retardant properties while still meeting the requirements of high-strength applications.
