On March 27, 2024, A&E held a special training session for core personnel in important positions such as production management, quality control, biotechnology, and development, with the theme of "The Changes Caused by AI Language Models". The session was co hosted by senior lecturers Li Jiajun and Wang Junye, aiming to help employees further master AI tools, improve work efficiency, and optimize production management processes.

This course is the first lesson of this AI system training, and also the second time to popularize AI application knowledge to the backbone employee team after the company held a large-scale AI knowledge popularization and application training in 2024. And this training will also consist of three major course systems, which not only demonstrates A&E's high attention to cutting-edge technology, but also showcases the company's management wisdom of "people-oriented, technology empowered".

In order to enable trainees to quickly master AI tools, the training also includes multiple practical steps, from querying travel guides, to completing Excel formula generation, and then taking photos and uploading meeting records for AI to automatically organize and summarize.
