1、Reasonable zoning, separating vehicles and pedestrians

A&E Workshop 8 is spacious, with people working, carts moving, and materials being stored all happening at the same time, creating frequent overlaps of foot and material traffic. To optimize the layout from the ground up and boost operational efficiency, A&E coordinated the production processes, entry and exit routes, and material flow paths to carry out a comprehensive ground marking planning.

This layout sets up a unified color-coded system: blue lines mark walkways for people, green lines show routes for forklifts, trolleys, and AGVs, and the remaining areas are reserved for standardized storage. All workshop entrances, main internal roads, and intersection corners have clear directional signs, making the paths obvious at a glance, so it’s easy to follow the rule: 'people walk on blue, vehicles go on green, and materials go to storage.'

2、Lean Production, Scientific Management

In the workshop, forklifts, trolleys, or AGV carts crossing paths with workers is one of the risk points in a manufacturing setting. By using blue and green lanes to strictly separate pedestrian and vehicle routes, we can physically prevent people and vehicles from mingling or crossing paths randomly. Clear traffic rules are set up at intersections to remind workers and transport drivers to watch out for each other, minimizing risks, protecting frontline employees' safety, and making sure safety management is applied everywhere on site.

✅Implement visual management on the ground to improve workshop governance

Clear and straightforward floor markings turn abstract management rules into visible, enforceable on-site standards.
