With the continuous growth of market demand for carbon fiber products at A&E Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., in order to further enhance the production efficiency of key products such as carbon fiber baseball bats, optimize the process flow, and expand large-scale production capacity, the company recently completed the comprehensive expansion and upgrade of the baseball bat RTM molding area.Through the layered reconstruction of the original production space, process streaming, and equipment expansion, we have achieved a more standardized RTM production process, a more professional working environment, and a stronger production capacity, fully meeting the increasing market demand.

To achieve breakthroughs in both production capacity and quality, A&E has systematically expanded, renovated, and reconfigured the RTM area. A brand-new layout featuring two levels, process segregation, and integrated workflows has been adopted. The entire RTM manufacturing process has been reorganized to ensure that each process performs its designated function and connects efficiently.

After the transformation and upgrading, the production process has become clearer and more organized: the second floor is exclusively designated as the pre-process area, with a centralized layout of the RTM material preparation room and the preforming room, primarily responsible for core early-stage tasks such as raw material sorting, pre-treatment, carbon fiber cloth laying, and product preforming. The independent working space on the second floor enables more refined and standardized material preparation and preforming operations, enhancing process quality from the source.
